This family was identified by us in 2018 at Balasore railway station.At that time there were three members. Two children named Tulasi Singh(Female, aged 8 years), Durgaprasad Singh(Babu)(Male,4 years) and their mother Sabitri Singh and they were living on the footpath of the railway station. We had provided them a rented house (SS House rent provides issue ID-04) and we had started to provide them grocery (SS Grocery Provide Issue ID-03). We had admitted Tulasi at the Sovarampur upper primary school in class-2 (SS School Admission Issue ID-39) and had admitted Durgaprasad to the nearest Anganwadi centre. After some days we had taken Sabitri Singh to the Balasore medical for an old pain in her leg. After the X-ray doctor had given some medicine and advised us to take Olotopur SVNIRTAR and in April 2019 we had taken her to SVNIRTAR also. (SS Medical Issue ID-39). At SVNIRTAR, the doctor had suspected cancer in his body and we had planned to admit her to AHACH, Cuttack. In June 2019 there was a severe pain in her leg and we had first admitted her to Balasore district hospital and then we had transferred to SCB medical and then to ACHACH. (SS Medical Issue ID-45). Although Sukanti Dalei the neighbour of sabitri Dalei and a member of our another family(Family-27) was also working as an medical attendant and we were also looking after the family at medical on daily basis, but we had tried to declared sabitri Singh as a destitute patient and sabitri Singh was declared as a destitute patient by the medical authority. (SS Govt. material provide Issue ID: 06)But despite our continuous 1 month of trying and praying she passed away from us on 4.7.2019 . Tulasi and her elder brother had no father before. So for some days Tulais and Babu had stayed with another family of us i.e with our Family-27,family of Sukanti Dalei who were the neighbour of Tulasi’s family and we had given house rent to family -25 and Family-27 at the same time and before this also they were well known to each other. House rent provides Issue ID-05 for Sukanti Dalei family and Tulasi and Babu were also living with this family and with this house rent provide Issue ID. We had started another grocery provide Issue with SS Grocery providing Issue ID-04 for both Family-25 and Family-27 by ending the grocery provide Issue of before which was given to Tulasi’s family when her mother was alive. Sukanti Dalei was also working as an attendant at medical for Sabitri singh for this one month. Then on 7.1.2020 we had produced both Tulasi and Durgaprasad before CWC, Baleore and the CWC had kept this brother and sister in a CCI named Pabitradevi CCI, Chinchhida, Oupada, Balasore.(SS Legal Issue ID-37) and SS Hostel Issue ID:25 for Tulasi and SS Hostel Issue ID:26 for Durgaprasad.
