He is living with the family case-50.But the parents are not his own. The other two siblings Aakash Rao(Silu)(Child case.:-21) and Susama Rao are also not actual siblings of each other. This fact has been agreed by his cared parents Ape Rao and Manju Rao. But these cared parents are not willing to their hostel admission although they have not a permanent house or not a good rented house and only before 6-7 months they have a rented house of one room at a slum near Chintamaniswar Mandira near Kalpana Square, Bhubaneswar. Many times this child along with Rahul Rao are shifted to Bilagadia, Ranapur, Nayagarh, the sister’s house of Manju Rao. Maximum times all are living at footpath of Master Canteen railway station, Bhubaneswar. The cared parents are forcing Budhia for collecting bottle from the railway platforms and from trains. Once we had tried to keeping him at hostel by producing him at Addl. CWC, Khourdha, Bhubaneswar in December-2018 after getting frequent complains from Budhia that he had been heavily forced to collect bottle at the night also. Then after getting this information her cared mother told us that they would stay at Bilagadia and Budhia would admit there school and Silu would continue his study at BBSR. After their shifting to Bilagadia we were also going to Bilagadia and tried to admit them at this school of Bilagadia. But due to non-cooperation of school HM we could not admit Rahul till January 31 2019. Then within our continuous trying of admission of Rahul, they all came to again Master Canteen BBSR and we also agaian readmit Budhia with the TC of same school i.e NAC colony primary school, Unit-3 in February-2019.But their forcing to Budhia for collecting bottle had resumed again and then we had produced Budhia to addl. CWC, BBSR to keep him hostel .But as he had cried for staying at hostel before CWC , so he could not stay at hostel. But we are trying all such to secure his future.
